Cancellation Policy
When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss the chance to receive my services. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for all haircuts and chemical services if a 24 hour notice is not given, or you do not show to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at themustardseedsalon@gmail.com or by sending me a message on Instagram or Facebook. All services are final. I do not offer refunds. Deposits are non-refundable and will be taken off your final services. A deposit is used to confirm your appointment. This is to prevent no-shows and to guarantee you an appointment spot.
